David is a documentary cinematographer who specializes in culture-based stories that span politics, sports, art, and science.
As a cinematographer, he’s interested in lighting beautiful and dramatic interviews/scenes that are catered to the specific mood and genre of each film.
He has worked with both “A-List” celebrities and everyday people — both in high pressured and quiet, intimate settings. With whomever he's filming, he aims to cultivate a calm and friendly environment on set that helps put them at ease.
